Delete your Flumpling account

You can request deletion without installing or signing into the game.

Request account deletion by email

If the button does not open your email app, write to support@embergaming.studio with the subject “Flumpling account deletion request”.

  1. Tell us that you want your Flumpling account and associated data deleted.
  2. Include your pilot username or player ID if you know it. Send the request from the email associated with your sign-in account where possible.
  3. We will verify account ownership before deleting data. If you cannot access that email, tell support so we can discuss verification. Never send passwords, recovery codes, or Google or Apple verification codes.

Delete inside the game

Open Pilot Passport, go to Account, and use the account-deletion control. Complete the identity verification and confirmation shown in the game. Uninstalling Flumpling does not delete your account.

What deletion removes

Account deletion permanently removes the game account and its associated live cloud progress, cosmetic balance, inventory, account-linked purchase records, rankings, and hosted replay records. Active game sessions are revoked. Deletion of the associated game authentication identity is processed separately; a pending provider-cleanup message means that step has not finished yet.

Deleting your Flumpling account does not delete your Google or Apple account, or records independently maintained by those providers and payment stores. Independent payment-store records and copies of replay files that you or others already downloaded are outside the game account database. Store refunds are handled separately by the store.

Optional diagnostics already delivered to PostHog are separate from the live game-account database. Turning diagnostics off is not a request to erase those prior observations; contact support for a privacy request.

What can remain after deletion

We will tell you when your request is completed, or explain any pending cleanup or retained information. You can contact support even if you no longer have access to the game. Do not send payment-card details or identity documents with your initial request.
