Connect An Instagram Account

An assigned user can choose to connect an Instagram professional account they manage from My Profile. The account holder authorizes access through Instagram.

Ember requests profile, media and performance Insights reading permissions. These allow Ember to identify the connected account and retrieve available performance information. The app does not request Instagram messaging, publishing or comment-management permissions.

Connections depend on Meta’s account eligibility and permission approval. Available metrics vary by account, content and reporting period; unavailable values are labelled rather than treated as zero.

The app requires authorized access. This public page does not display private account metrics, saved wishlists or storyboards.
